The Session...
A $75 non-refundable retainer reserves you a session. We will not hold session times on
verbal agreements. "The Session" includes: an hour of studio time, number of clothing
changes is up to you, most likely at least two or three different outfits. Props if you want, sports
gear, your varsity jacket, instruments you play, or your hobby. Bring it all!
Need additional time? I don't want you to feel rushed, $30 gets you another half an hour in
front of the lens. Into the great outdoors? You may also want do something on location,
include your ride, your pet, or a really cool location. We design your session around you!
Your session time is scheduled and reserved only for you! We do not overbook
appointments. Situations arise and illness happens. So if you must reschedule an
appointment, contact the studio as soon as possible, so we can co-ordinate and reserve the
next available date.
On Location...
Areas and locations around your home or one of my locales will provide you the right look,
designing your images to your style and statement! Some of the locations I have used are
stables, local lakes, parks, sports fields, unique historical structures, hiking trails, and
streams. Creating personal and awesome results!
If shooting on location is for you, let's talk about our approach when you reserve your session.
For both Studio and Location add $50. Limited to locations within a 20 mile radius of the
studio.
The Zen-like Minimalist approach...
One outfit, one background, 30 minutes in front of the lens in the studio, you choose your final
at the end of your shoot. You get a great looking image, an 8x10, 1- 24 wallet special for $145!
For this session you must submit the full amount when scheduling your studio time.
Ordering Prints with Studio-i, easy ...
Our one and only required package is the “Opening Package” and it is extremely flexible!
You need to order four units of pictures, units are explained below. Choose any combination
of print sizes you need, meet the four units, and any additional prints you want are "ala carte".
You can mix the print sizes, select a unique pose for each print, or use the same pose for
everything! Make your choices within 3 weeks of receiving the edited selects and you get the
special pricing of $165. You just saved 20%!!! After that, the four unit price is $198.
Units are available in the following print size styles:
4-4x5’s or 4x6's=1 unit 1-8x8, 8x10 or 8x12=1 unit 1-11x14=2 units
2-5x7’s=1 unit 8-wallets=1 unit
For example: 1-8x10, 4-5x7’s and 4-4x5’s will meet the four unit requirement (four different
poses could be used if desired). Another example would be: 2-8x10’s, 2-5x7’s, and 8 wallets,
(again four different poses could be used) …you get the idea! Once the initial four units are
chosen, additional single units are only $40/unit. Payment for the "Opening Package" must be
submitted to take delivery of the Session CD or Image Catalog.
Additional Sizes...
Larger print sizes are available up to 20x24". An 11x14" print is $85, a 16x20" is $185, and a
20x24" is $285. If you are considering these larger sizes, please discuss this with me when
we are scheduling your session.
Wallet Specials and Text Imprinting...
These offer the most value for announcements and sharing your images with family and
friends at school. Wallet specials come in quantities of 24 for $39; 48 for $49; or 96 for
$72.50, choose one image for each special ordered. Text can be added if you wish for
$5/wallet special ordered, often your first name and/or the year are used.
Edge Treatments and Print Enhancements...
Add your individual touch and statement to your images. A variety of looks and styles that can
be something very simple to creating a look that resembles a watercolor, charcoal, or a
graphite line drawing.
Retouching...
Blemish retouching is included with all final prints ordered. If you desire additional retouching
many things can be accomplished, the cost will depend on the extent of the work requested.
Framing & Matting...
You can see and feel the difference of a quality framed project. Custom framing and archival
hand cut mats complete the professional and unique look of your portrait. Larson-Juhl and
Nielsen, Bainbridge/Crescent are names known throughout the art community for their high
quality standards. I offer a selection of frame styles in a variety of price ranges and strive to
ensure that the products I use are made in the USA.
